The National Food Service Security Council (NFSSC) has announced that David Karam, President, Wendy’s International, will keynote the opening of its 31st Annual Conference, August 1-4, in St. Louis. NFSSC also announced that Michael Kupstas, Chief Franchise Officer, Panera LLC, will keynote the Day 2 program. NFSSC is the leading trade association for loss prevention and risk management professionals in the casual dining and quick service restaurant chain industry.

NFSSC will host its 31st annual conference, August 1-4, 2010, in St. Louis, at the Hyatt Regency at the Arch. In addition to the keynote sessions, the event features educational sessions and workshops, exhibits, scheduled practitioner/vendor meetings, and a host of entertaining networking functions. Topics include online investigations, dealing with media in crisis situations, security methods and practices and other real-world topics and best practices offering a host of solutions and insights for everyday situations.
